What is RESET Breathwork?
RESET Breathwork is a three-part conscious connected breathing pattern combined with visualisations, affirmations, somatic release and specific music sequencing designed to regulate your nervous system and create clarity, calm, and focus.

My story with RESET
I discovered the power of RESET Breathwork during one of the most challenging seasons of my life.
In 2022, my husband underwent emergency surgery, marking the beginning of one of the most difficult periods of our lives. For over two years, Brandon was in and out of hospital. I was burned out in my business, we were struggling financially, and my physical and mental health had reached an all-time low. After moving back to Australia, Brandon had to return to the United States for another surgery in an attempt to save his leg.
Then we received news that he wouldn't be coming home as planned. He needed yet another surgery.
The weight of everything I had been carrying finally caught up with me.
For years, I had focused on everyone else. Supporting my family, raising our children, managing work and businesses, and trying to hold everything together. But underneath it all, I was exhausted. I had spent so long in survival mode that I didn't realise how much stress, fear, and emotion I had been holding onto.
I had tried mindfulness practices, exercise, and other tools, but I was still struggling. Desperate for support, I asked a dear friend if I could join one of her virtual RESET Breathwork sessions.
In just one hour, I felt lighter. Calmer. Clearer. For the first time in a long time, I felt like I could breathe again.
That experience changed my life.
I went on to become certified in RESET Breathwork. It helped me reconnect with myself, feel more grounded as a parent, and find clarity and direction in both my life and business.
Over the past decade, I have worked with leaders around the world, focusing on mindset, connection, and transformational coaching. I've seen that work create incredible breakthroughs. But adding RESET Breathwork has changed the game entirely.
The reality is that our bodies hold so much beneath the surface that we simply can't access through thinking, journalling, or coaching alone. It has been incredibly powerful to witness clients release emotional weight and limiting patterns that we had been consciously working through for years.
This work is profound, and I am deeply grateful that I now get to share it with others.

What to Expect
Whether you’re joining us for a 1:1 session or a group session, each RESET Breathwork session is carefully guided in a safe and supportive environment.
No prior experience is required but here is some information about what you can expect.

To get the most out of your experience, here’s what you’ll need:
A quiet, distraction-free space: Find a calm place where you can lie down comfortably without interruptions, no kids, pets, or background noise (virtual only)
Comfy clothing: Wear something that allows you to relax and breathe freely.
Blanket + Pillow: Stay cozy and supported throughout the session.
Journal + Pen: You'll want to capture insights, reflections, or emotions that arise after the session.
Eye covering (optional): A hand towel or eye mask can help you turn inward and deepen the experience.
Headphones: For the most immersive sound and guidance, please wear headphones throughout the session.
